For site owners
Keep a little continuity.
When a voice is recognized, its site identity can carry forward even when its display name changes. Give moderation a persistent profile to work with. Matching can make mistakes; sites still need moderation.

Experimental voice matching. Human presence and resistance to synthetic voices are not established.
The idea
Fewer bots and throwaway accounts is the goal. Recognizing returning voice profiles is the experiment.
Why we’re building this ↗For site owners
When a voice is recognized, its site identity can carry forward even when its display name changes. Give moderation a persistent profile to work with. Matching can make mistakes; sites still need moderation.
For people
Use the same voice flow on your first visit and your next. Choose a name or stay a guest. There’s no email or password to remember, but you’ll need to speak.
Your voice is personal
Your recording goes to the verifier. An encrypted voice template lets it look for you next time.
The hosted verifier stores the template; this is not on-device-only matching. Participating sites receive their own identifier and only names you choose to share. The verifier can link your visits.
Playable audio is not saved by default. Saving it requires both operator enablement and your separate consent. Templates are stored for up to 180 days under the current default policy. The live consent screen describes the policy for your attempt.
No. Synthetic voices have passed the current system. A person can also use automated tools after signing in. Entry and message moderation are separate problems.
Your site identifier stays the same, preserving the recognized profile’s moderation history. Hiding your name does not make you anonymous to the verifier or erase messages already posted.
